We’re experienced entrepreneurs looking for a driven Project Manager who can help us build amazing startups. This individual will work closely with our product & engineering teams to bring our visions to life. We iterate quickly so this individual must have a bias towards action, the ability to think on their feet, and the drive needed to excel in a startup environment.

Software Project Managers require:

• Passion for managing complex problems creatively at scale

• Self-starter with the ability to bring new ideas to life, take ownership, and be accountable to our teammates & companies
• Must be local to the Laramie area

Software Project Managers will:

• Track abstract ideas and turn them into easy-to-manage projects with accountability tracking
• Work with companies & teammates to define and execute project outcomes
• Hands-on support and development of project schedules
• Manage projects from research and design through development and launch

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership and break down the various elements involved in getting the work done, such as producing a timetable, assigning tasks to team members, and developing checkpoints for progress
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the companies and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
