We’re experienced entrepreneurs looking for a driven Product Manager who can help us build amazing startups. This individual will work closely with our product & engineering teams to bring our visions to life. We iterate quickly so this individual must have a bias towards action, the ability to think on their feet, and the drive needed to excel in a startup environment.

Software Product Managers require:

• Must be local to the Laramie area

Software Product Managers will:

• Take abstract ideas & turn them into easy-to-use products
• Work with customers & teammates to define and execute product initiatives
• Hands-on support and development of product enhancements
• Manage a full feature life-cycle from research and design through development and launch

Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership and leading the UI and UX design, bringing to life the customer experience and the business vision/mission
• Ensuring there is a clear vision and purpose and we are embodying and communicating the values of the startup with effective solutions to solve business and customer pain points/li>
• Create the best version of the product with the time/resources and iterate on designs to help ensure we're solving problems, using the best solutions
• Working closely with the founding team, communicating your ideas and progress to relevant stakeholders. Always prioritize learnings.
• Ask the right questions and seek feedback, you might need to treat requirements as assumptions and validate them. You have an ability to deliver value to the customer and business
• Working closely with engineers to build out MVP and maintain consistencies across brand and product
• Work closely with growth leads on marketing solutions to help scale audience and generate interest and customers where needed
• Help create a culture of design entrepreneurs, valuing a human centered approach that integrates the needs of the customers and the business
• Articulate how the product meets the user's needs by communicating their imagination in words. A true designer has a narrative, and tells the story with authority

Education and Desired Skills:

• Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
• Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both ally and externally
• Effective communication and interaction with employees, companies, and colleagues
• A passion for creating products people love, caring about product performance is key
• An aptitude for design demonstrating leadership and ingenuity
• Having a human focused approach to building technology businesses, balancing the customer needs and business requirements
• Research and testing will be embedded into your process. You will use tools and methods that help move forward quicker, faster and with confidence
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and work effectively, iteratively implementing operational improvements to the way you and your team works
• Demonstrated ability operating in an ambiguous environment - adaptability is key
• Be solution-focused - make sense of a problem space by proposing and trying solutions
• You can think creatively and are resourceful. Able to use all the normal design tools
• Quick thinking and intuition, someone who can balance creativity with objective data
